We identify potential funders and manage negotiations and the entire process leading to legal completion.

ACQUISITIONS

Samuels Corporate is often retained to research a sector to identify acquisition targets. Our activities include advising on price negotiations and deal structure and managing the transaction to completion.  We have extensive experience in advising management teams on MBOs, MBIs and BIMBOs and the funding of such transactions.  

DISPOSALS

We take a bespoke approach to each transaction in working for our clients on a retained basis. We carry out extensive research to identify potential buyers, both competitors and complementary businesses.  We prepare the sales memorandum and advise on all aspects of the transaction through to completion.  In particular we look to achieve a price that fully reflects the business potential.
