A 50% shareholder of a London based niche recruitment agency contacted SamCorp to advise on the valuation of his shares with a view to selling them to his business partner.

SamCorp compiled a detailed valuation report for the shareholder, met with the other 50% shareholder (and their advisor) and negotiated a deal that was three times higher than a recently received written trade acquisition offer.

SamCorp then introduced suitable lawyers to represent the departing shareholder, advised on the commercial points and oversaw the process through to legal completion.
